Once we have developed a solution that is well tailored to your requirements we will return to your site with a detailed presentation. We will present you with a TCO (Total cost of Ownership) comparison of your environment today and the environment we can provide you with. At this time we can make changes to the proposal based on your feedback.

Upon your approval of the proposed system design and Statement Of Work we will plan and execute a system migration to the new environment. Emphasis will be placed on minimal workflow disruption. Most customers will experience NO disruption at all. The new system is now yours to use free of charge, and with no obligation for 30 days. We welcome your input during this time for system modifications and improvements. Through this period we strive to ensure the solution is everything that you could want, and more.

By the time we arrive at step five you are intimately familiar with the new environment. You have had ample opportunity to gauge the effectiveness of the solution, and weigh the benefits for your organization. The only change at this stage is that now you will be billed for the service on monthly basis per user. Your data is safe and secure, your staff are working more efficiently, computer hassles are a thing of the past. Your systems are always current, and you have operational costs that you can bank on.
